Innovative law firms and FORTUNE 1000 companies rely on Juristat's patent analytics and workflow automation solutions to improve prosecution outcomes and streamline the most tedious tasks associated with obtaining a patent. We recently closed on a major investment from MBM Capital, and we are deploying these funds to scale our Go-To-Market organization and accelerate the development of our three product lines.  

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales organization as an Account Manager (AM).

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and close opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Manage and negotiate customer renewals
  • Accurately forecast and manage expansion and renewal pipeline effectively
  • Manage a book of business with up to 100 accounts
  • Create strong rapport with customers within the book of business
  • Work closely with the assigned Customer Success Manager to ensure the customer is achieving their desired outcomes
  • Lead quarterly business reviews alongside the Customer Success Manager
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to convey the software needs of our customers
  • Increase account penetration by involving new stakeholders and teams in the customer journey
  • Clearly demonstrate our ongoing value proposition and adoption progress to key executive decision makers
  • Become an expert in our product and in the patent process as a whole
  • Perform limited travel to conferences and on-site customer visits
  • Consistently meet and/or exceed quota 


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management (managing customer growth and renewals)
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Experience working with Executive level contacts in mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to turn your customers into raving fans and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • A self-starter who enjoys the fast pace of a high-growth startup environment
  • A critical thinker who has strong attention to detail and is well-organized
  • Proficient at leading technical presentations 
  • Strong ability to learn difficult subject matter and convey it simply to prospects
  • Tech savvy with proficiency using platforms such as Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Salesloft, Excel, Powerpoint, and G-Suite
  • Experience with the patent industry or selling to law firms a plus, but not required

This position has on-target earnings of $130-$150k/year, including base salary and commission. We pride ourselves on our positive work culture and DEI initiatives.
